Charge Backs:

All credit card transactions, wire transfers, and check payments are considered final once completed. Buyers and customers relinquish all rights to charge back credit card payments. In the event that a customer initiates a payment stoppage or charge back, the buyer or customer assumes the risk of product defects and/or damage. Product returns are strictly prohibited, and credit will be denied under all circumstances. By placing an order, the buyer or customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by all the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

Typographical Errors:

In the event that a PLM product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, PLM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. PLM also reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders, whether or not they have been confirmed and the customer’s credit card has been charged. In the event of order cancellation, PLM will issue a credit to the customer’s credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Product Variation:

Products may differ from the images displayed on the website, as manufacturers frequently make changes or improvements to product design, color, and packaging. Furthermore, some products are handcrafted, resulting in variations even within the same order.

Events Beyond PLM’s Control/Force Majeure:

You expressly release and hold PLM harmless from any claims of harm resulting from events beyond PLM’s control, including but not limited to failures of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect issues, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, earthquakes, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, supplier delays and issues, wars, or government restrictions.

If PLM’s performance under this Agreement is prevented, hindered, delayed, or made impracticable due to floods, riots, fires, judicial or governmental actions, labor disputes, supplier delays or issues, acts of God, or any other causes beyond PLM’s control, PLM will be excused to the extent that such causes hinder or delay PLM’s performance. In the event of such circumstances hindering or delaying PLM’s performance, PLM will make every effort to communicate this information to you. PLM also reserves the right to take appropriate actions to address the situation, including canceling your order and refunding your purchase price.

Term; Termination:

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your access to the site and/or completion of the registration or shopping process. PLM may terminate these terms and conditions, or any part of them, without notice at any time, for any reason. Provisions related to Copyrights, Trademarks, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous will survive any termination.

PLM may provide notice to you through email, a general notice on the site, or through other reliable means using the contact information you have provided to PLM.
