Directions:

Use as often as desired to tighten, relieve puffiness, and dark circles around the eyes. With your index finger, apply Caffeine Blast with a patting and pressing movement. One pump is generally enough for both eyes. Use in the morning after cleansing and toning. May also be used during the day as a quick eye pick me up. May be used over foundation and concealer.
